Brief
Following the success of The Charter Building launch event, Landid & Brockton Capital (commercial property developers) came back to us to create two launch events for the latest building in their portfolio, Thames Tower. Our brief was to create a soirée private view for local companies and an official launch event taking inspiration from the beautifully designed 14th floor garden space “The Roost”
What we did
Cocktails & Canapés Private Preview event for local businesses to see the building and ensure it was on their radar for potential growth space
The following day, we produced the Official Launch Event inviting specialist property agents to live and breathe the inspiring commercial space – so they excitedly go away to tell their clients about it.
Taking creative cues from the Roost garden space, guests enjoyed a building tour, cocktails and canapés in the Roost, an urban market style three course lunch, finishing with a martini masterclass and DJ to entice the guests to stay longer….which 80% of guests did.
Oh – and we created a trio of Thames Tower branded beers to celebrate the launch.
