Brief
Produce a creatively themed three day surprise party for 60 guests to celebrate the 30th birthdays of two guys – private party
What we did
Created a festival style three day party around the two birthday boys nick names, different themed nights and features including the Beauty Parlour, Main Stage, Singing Showers, Outdoor Fire Lounge, The Sleaze Stack – a 70’s porn themed hay stack photo feature and Bombers Whiskey Bar – an aviation styled whiskey bar covered with photos of Bomber through the ages
We programmed the music across the three days with DJ’s and a live act. Too Many T’s (who intro’d the main stage at Bestival 2013) performed a bespoke live set on the Saturday night and partied the rest of the night away with the guests that loved them!
We provided luxury bell tent accommodation for the guests and managed the catering across the weekend; 80’s themed BBQ, 3 course black tie dinner & festival style, ’round the clock’ food by the ‘great British mobile cafe’, Spade & Spoon.
